The 30-Day Court Guarantee
We engineered the Rise Series to elevate your game, and we stand completely behind our craftsmanship. You have 30 days after receiving your racket to take it to the court and play a match. If it doesn't instantly feel like the best premium racket you’ve ever swung, send it back for a full refund. No questions asked.
(Please note: If you are returning non-racket items such as apparel or accessories, those specific items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return within the 30-day window).
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@onservepadel.com.
Once your return is initiated, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and refunded, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
