At ONSERVE, we are dedicated to getting your gear to you as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery processes.

Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within 1-2 business days.

  • Operating Hours: We process and ship orders every day of the week, including weekends and holidays, to ensure your order moves as fast as possible.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-4 business days. Costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

  • Local Delivery: Typically arrives within 1-2 business days. This option appears at checkout if your address is within our local service area.

Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer free shipping incentives based on your purchase type:

  • Rackets: All orders containing a racket ($159+) qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

  • Accessories: Orders of accessories totaling $50 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging your gear, but we are here to help if issues occur during transit.

  • Our Resolution: In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will either issue a full refund or ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Reporting: Please report any issues within 14 days of the delivery date to info@onservepadel.com.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping.
